![]() The mouse is currently working- since my post yesterday it's worked as often as not- and it's showing in the device manager as two items, a HID compliant mouse and a Unifying HID mouse, both of which are showing up to date drivers. I do typically tend to prefer installing a driver only rather than superfluous software, but in this case when the mouse isn't working the device manager can't see the device and therefore can't update the drivers. I obviously have no intention of doing a system restore every time I turn the laptop on, and am minded to revert to Windows 8, assuming that's possible. The issue until I turned the machine off, and after restarting it I now find myself in the same boat again. Yesterday I did a system restore, which solved I've downloaded all of the Logitech software the mouse and usb hub works fine on other devices and all of this computer's usb ports work ok with other peripherals. It's a related issue to this one Īlthough none of the answers there helped me. However since yesterday this no longer works and the computer doesn't recognise the mouse whatever I do. ![]() USB replug, and then worked perfectly until the computer was restarted. With patience and perserverance it tended for a while to pick it up on the fourth or sixth ![]() Since doing so, the PC has had intermittent problems recognising my Logitech mouse. ![]() I recently upgraded to Windows 10 after long postponing the move from Windows 8.
